Wow! The Snohomish County numbers have come in for August 2020 and they continue to be shocking. Active homes for sale are down 55% from this time last year. Pending sales are up over 37%. Home prices are up over 13% from last year. The market continues to be strong for sellers and challenging for buyers. The landscape of home selling and buying is evolving weekly.

It's important to work with an experienced agent that has knowledge of how to navigate the current market.
