I promised I would look at the housing values of the neighborhoods in Mukilteo and dive deeper into the data to see if there was any indication that certain neighborhoods were more affected than others. From analyzing the data from the NWMLS there doesn't seem to be a direct impact. I would have suspected a drop in the Mukilteo Blvd side to show an impact but in fact it has the greatest appreciation. I also compared other cities nearby like Everett, Mill Creek, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds & North Seattle, but Mukilteo has appreciated more than most of those cities. I'll keep an eye on changes and report back with any new information.
